Descripción
Appointment Hour Booking es un plugin de WordPress para crear formularios de reserva para citas con una hora de inicio y una duración definida en un horario. El usuario final selecciona visualmente la hora de inicio a partir de un conjunto de horas de inicio calculadas en función de los horarios de «abiertos» y la duración del servicio . La duración/programación se define en el «servicio» seleccionado por el cliente. Cada calendario puede tener varios servicios con diferente duración y precios.
Este plugin es útil para diferentes casos como reserva de servicios médicos donde los servicios con diferente duración y precios pueden estar disponibles, para sesiones de entrenamiento personal , para reserva de salas para eventos , para reservar clases de idioma u otro tipo de clases y otro tipo de de reservas de servicios/recursos donde se seleccionan las horas de inicio y la disponibilidad se administra automáticamente utilizando la duración del servicio definida para evitar reservas duplicadas (la hora reservada se bloquea una vez finalizada la reserva).

Appointment Hour Booking can be used for:
Reservas de servicios o recursos: Permite definir el horario de apertura, servicios ofrecidos con su duración y precios, de forma que el plugin maneje la disponibilidad de los mismos.
Casos de ejemplo: Servicios médicos, formación personal, asignación de recursos, reservas de salas o habitaciones, clases, etc…
Los servicios pueden tener una capacidad máxima (ejemplo: número de personas que pueden reservar/asistir al servicio al mismo tiempo). La capacidad predeterminada es 1. Si la capacidad de servicio se ha establecido en 1, el intervalo de tiempo se bloqueará para las nuevas reservas después de obtener una reserva. Si la capacidad de servicio se ha establecido en un número mayor (ejemplo: servicio con capacidad 10), el intervalo de tiempo se bloqueará después de llenar la capacidad (ejemplo: después de obtener reservas para un total de 10 personas). The Troubleshoot Area
Use the troubleshot if you are having problems with special or non-latin characters. In most cases changing the charset to UTF-8 through the option available for that in the troubleshot area will solve the problem.
You can also use this area to change the script load method if the booking calendar isn’t appearing in the public website.
Los correos electrónicos de aviso
The notification emails with the appointment data entered in the booking form can sent in «Plain Text» format (default) or in «HTML» format. If you select «HTML» format, be sure to use the BR or P tags for the line breaks into the text and to use the proper formatting.
Exportación de reservas a archivos CSV/Excel
The appointment data can be exported to a CSV file (Excel compatible) to manage the data from other applications. That option is available from the «bookings list», the appointments can be filtered by date and by the text into them, so you can export just the needed appointments to the CSV file.

Instalación
To install Appointment Hour Booking, follow these steps:
- Download and unzip the Appointment Hour Booking calendar plugin
- Upload the entire appointment-hour-booking/ directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
- Activate the Appointment Hour Booking plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress
- Configure the settings at the administration menu >> Settings >> Appointment Hour Booking.

A: If the form doesn’t appear in the public website (in some cases only the captcha appear) then change the script load method to direct, this is the solution in most cases.
That can be changed in the «troubleshoot area» located below the list of calendars/items.

If that doesn’t work please check if your hosting service requires some specific configuration to send emails from PHP/WordPress websites. The plugin uses the settings specified into the WordPress website to deliver the emails, if your hosting has some specific requirements like a fixed «from» address or a custom «SMTP» server those settings must be configured into the WordPress website.
