I was doubtful, so I left the email alerts enabled at first. Once I confirmed it worked, I disabled that feature.
Doesn't update immediately, usually within a half day, sometimes a day, but that's fine. With the number of sites I have, this is a real time saver.

Great extension. Not sure why anyone has a bad word to say about this. It just works. Install, activate. Job done.

This plugin is perfect for clients who didn't want maintenance support but you want to have their website up to date. Very easy to use and I love that you can hide this plugin from others admin users. But, need to be careful if you are using custom theme, automatic plugins updates can break your site.
