Vete a WooCommerce > Menú estado del pedido
Now click «Add New» button and add order title name
Enter a slug (Must need to be unique )
Press “Publish” button
All Set!

Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Email Tab

I’ve seriously been at my desk for an entire day, pulling my hair out trying to figure out a solution to the custom order statuses that wouldn’t cause excessive bloat and conflict with other plug-ins I already have in place.
