They truly take ownership of their product and offer amazing, helpful support. It is so great to have a legitimate alternative to woocommerce. To me, Cart66 provides the solution that website developers and owners should expect for the future. The service doesn’t require a million plugins to work as well as multiple pay-for-use solutions for various features. Recently the organization re-branded including moving to a new domain name, the process went very smoothly. There was a plugin conflict that was sprouting some error messages on our site and within less than 24 hours of contacting Cart66 support, they had release an updated version of the cart66-cloud plugin that completely resolved the issue. I work with lots of developers and rarely see that kind of attention to support issues. Way to go Cart66 Support!
