Excitel offers voice communication, which will help you to answer user’s questions in time. As a result, this will increase sales and customer loyalty.
The user does not need installation of additional applications every time, adding contacts, going for the phone and dialing long numbers. The user may just click «Call» button and find out all the necessary information.

Features:

  • Configurar las horas de trabajo. Ajusta el horario para recibir llamadas, el resto del tiempo los usuarios podrán grabar mensajes de voz y enviártelos a ti.
  • Varias líneas para llamadas simultáneas. Permite a los usuarios resolver todos sus problemas en pocos minutos sin tener que esperar a su turno para hablar con el operador.
  • Redireccionamiento de llamadas. Te permite redireccionar la llamada a otro operador o director.
  • Estadísticas de las llamadas. Está disponible el historial de cada llamada. El sistema guarda la hora y duración de la llamada, información adicional sobre el cliente (localización, IP, etc) y graba la conversación.
  • Grabación de llamadas. Una funcionalidad indispensable para analizar la retroalimentación del usuario, el control y el desarrollo de habilidades especiales de los operadores.
  • Exporta los datos de las llamadas a Excel. Si es necesario, puedes exportar los datos de las llamadas a Microsoft Excel y realizar un análisis comprensivo.
  • Diseño personalizado para el botón de la llamada online. El servicio te permite crear una apariencia individual del botón acorde al diseño y estilo corporativo de tu sitio web.
  • Varias plataformas. La llamada desde el sitio web funciona en varios sistemas operativos (Windows, MacOS, Linux), en los navegadores más populares: Chrome 35+, Mozilla Firefox 24+ y Opera 18+. Excitel utiliza tecnologías del navegador (WebRTC y Flash) durante la llamada.
  • Additional information about customer. If user registered on your site, then you can send this information via Excitel API. This information will be available for your operators (during the call).
  • Send form to customer. You can send the form to customer during the call.
  • Chat. You can chat with customer during the call.

Instalación

Desde el escritorio de tu WordPress

  1. Visit Plugins > Add New
  2. Search for Excitel - Click to call
  3. Activate Excitel - Click to call from your Plugins page. (You will be greeted with a Welcome page.)
  4. Specify your Excitel email/password or create new Excitel account on a Welcome page.
  5. In Site section you can see the list of buttons, that you can add to your site. Just click on Add button and you’ll add this button on your site.
  6. Open your site and check the result.

It is a good free service/plugin, but you can only use in English or Russian. It would be great if you could add your own Voice Mail message and personalize the window for the final user in your own language. There are also things in the user panel only available in Russian. I don't know how to put a form before the call.

It is convenient to receive calls with the help of this plugin. If operator is offline and answering machine is activated you may listen to voice mails. You may review calls stats. It is the best choose for online store.

Good plugin. I changed text on the button, chose button design appropriate to the website design, activated answering machine in settings and receive voice mails when operator is offline. I like that. Thanks!

It is very convenient plugin to use. You may change color, shape and position of the button and also edit text on the button. There is an opportunity to add welcome message in working hours, to activate answering machine and to receive voice mails in off hours. I like it!
