  • make exceptions for loading certain tracking tools
  • hide buttons and sections that you don’t need
  • modify and translate texts (WPML and Polylang compatible)
  • change colors of texts, buttons and background
  • show the notice only to users from countries with strict cookie regulations (PRO)

FAQ

Will Full Picture slow my website down?

If you use a single analytics plugin on your site and replace it with Full Picture, then you will see no speed difference.

If you use multiple analytics plugins then Full Picture will make your site run slightly faster. It is due to the fact that Full Picture collects all the information once and sends it to different platforms. Multiple plugins need to collect the same information multiple times thus they are a bit slower.

Why Full Picture doesn’t use jQuery

jQuery adds an overhead that slows down the execution of scripts. Speed is paramount in certain situations – especially when working with a large number of integrations and click trackers.

Is it better to enable an analytics tool with a Full Picture integration or integrate it via GTM?

It is better to use the Full Picture’s integration. It is much, much faster, easier and you can use advanced features with just a click of a button. We spent spent days or even weeks coding them so that you can easily enable them with a single click.

We recommend you to use GTM only to integrate scripts that are not available in Full Picture.

What support do you provide for the free version?

For the users of the Free version we provide basic support on wordpress.org support forum.

Basic support includes fixing major bugs and advising on how to properly configure the plugin. Response time may vary – it depends on the current workload with priority support for paid users.

What browsers does the Full Picture support?

Full Picture supports all popular modern browsers for PCs, Macs, tablets and smartphones. Internet Explorer is supported only in version 11.

... with lot's of amazing stuff even in free version If you use multiple analytics plugins then Full Picture will make your site run slightly faster. It is due to the fact that Full Picture collects all the information once and sends it to different platforms. Multiple plugins need to collect the same information multiple times thus they are a bit slower. This is something I was looking for years; I've tried segment.com at that time before it was acquired and pivoted.
