There is no option to choose the source post types (no custom-post-type support) and the shortcode generator only appears in the visual editor, not the html editor. Works great if you want to display your posts (or events, etc) in a grid. Quite a few settings to personalize the grid. It comes with an online manual, so you should take a few minutes for that.
