Support tickets with live chat interface, contact form, frontend and backend conversation management, floating contact icon, report and contact author buttons on content.
Provides site support desk & messaging features for backend/frontend, combining ticket management with live chat interface in unified conversation interface. Custom contact forms enable collecting custom data per per contact or conversation, registering accounts.

  • Members can open a conversation directly, while visitors have to confirm their email first

How does system prevent bulk submissions from «visitor» bots?

A visitor needs to register a contact and confirm email to create a new ticket.

How are tickets secured ?

Each contact (email) has a code to access ticket.
