Requires WordPress 6.0+ and PHP 8.0+. ## FAQ ### Will AI search kill my Google traffic? No — AI search is additive, not a replacement. People still click. But more and more questions are answered by an AI before anyone clicks, and if you’re not in that answer you’re invisible for those queries. MyAuthorityIQ helps you show up in both places. ### Do I have to stop using Rank Math or Yoast? Not at all. MyAuthorityIQ is built to run alongside them. It reads what they produce and audits the things they don’t — whether AI engines can actually see and recommend you. ### What’s the difference between AEO and GEO? AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) is about being _chosen_ for direct answers — featured snippets, People Also Ask, AI Overviews. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is about being _recommended_ inside ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini. Different mechanics, both audited here. ### What is the «AI Visibility Profile» / llms.txt? It’s a curated file AI engines look for to learn what your site is about — like a sitemap built for AI. MyAuthorityIQ both detects whether you have one and generates and publishes it for you, served at /llms.txt straight from WordPress — no file uploads. ### Why does a page show «Could not read this page» or 0 words? MyAuthorityIQ only scores what it can actually read. It reads Elementor pages with Elementor’s own renderer, other pages through WordPress’s normal content filters, and as a last resort loads the live page from your own site. A page is marked «Could not read» when none of these returns at least 20 words (a short page with real content, such as a contact page, is scored normally and may get a thin-content warning instead). Common causes: a page builder other than Elementor that keeps content outside the normal page content, pages imported from another system, pages created or edited through the REST API so that only builder data was saved, or a host (often behind Cloudflare) that intermittently blocks a site from loading its own pages. Unreadable pages are never given a score and are left out of your site scores. Open the page in Site Audit to see what was tried, then click Retry. ### Is there a paid version? The plugin here is complete and fully functional on its own — every check, every score, the llms.txt generator, and logo-branded reports are included, with nothing locked or time-limited. ConsultraCloud separately offers an optional Pro add-on ( at consultracloud.com) for teams and agencies that want automation on top, such as scheduled audits with email summaries and managed reporting. It is installed separately and is not required. ### Does it work on shared or managed hosting? Yes. Retry it from the page detail screen. * Fixed: schema printed by your SEO plugin in the page head, and JSON-LD inside page-builder content, is now found. Page detail lists schema in the content and in the page head separately. * Fixed: the H1 check no longer warns about the single H1 on templates that do not print a page title (Elementor Canvas / Full Width, «Hide title»). * Fixed: header, footer and menu links (including header/footer sections repeated inside every page) are counted as site links, separately from links in the page content. * Fixed: suggested FAQ questions use your focus keyword or site name instead of the page title (no more «How much does home cost?»). * Changed: author bio checks run on posts only by default; turn on «Include pages in author checks» in Settings to include pages. * Fixed: the sitewide checks now run within a time limit, so an audit always finishes and its results appear without reloading. * New: change since the last audit for every page (for example 62 85), shown in the results table and on page detail. * New: «Re-audit this page» on page detail. * New: Export CSV of the results table. * New: page detail shows where the content was read from (Elementor builder, page content or live page) and the word count. #### 1.1.3 * Report colours now print reliably even when a cached stylesheet would otherwise strip them. Every coloured badge, pill, tag and score ring carries its colour as a top-priority inline rule, so impact/pillar labels, page-score pills and the score gauges stay in colour in print/PDF exports regardless of browser print settings or edge-cached CSS. #### 1.1.2 * Fixed a fatal error on the Report page (a malformed footer line) that could make the report end with a critical-error message and trigger WordPress’s «your site has a technical problem» email. The report now renders cleanly end to end. * Score gauges now render in full colour in print/PDF exports — the ring and number colours are written directly into the SVG so they no longer depend on the cached stylesheet. #### 1.1.1 * Reports and dashboards now print in full colour on every browser (colours render as outlined ink, independent of «background graphics» print settings).
