El plugin Replace Image añade un botón a la pantalla detalles del adjunto que te permite subir o seleccionar una imagen para reemplazar la actual, conservando la URL y la ID del adjunto. Podrás cambiar fácilmente a una versión actualizada de una imagen sin tener que volver a seleccionarla en los ajustes del tema, entradas/páginas o en cualquier otro sitio donde pueda haber una referencia a ella.

Important: Disable your browser’s cache and any WordPress caching plugins before use; otherwise, the plugin may appear not to work. See Tools > Replace Image for instructions.
