How to Get Started

Sign up for a Sherpa business account
Install and activate WooCommerce on your site
Install and activate Sherpa Delivery for WooCommerce plugin on your site
Navigate to WooCommerce > Sherpa Delivery to add your Sherpa account login details (or QA test account login details) – select ‘Test & Save’
Enable the Sherpa Delivery shipping method by navigating to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Sherpa and selecting ‘Enable this shipping method’
Enter your origin (pickup) address
Scroll down to select which delivery services you will be offering to your customers
Click ‘Save changes’ at the bottom of the page
Return to WooCommerce > Sherpa Delivery to configure your delivery preferences and options

Instalación

Minimum Requirements

WordPress 6.3.1 or greater is recommended
PHP version 8.2 or greater is recommended
MySQL version 8.0.16 or greater is recommended
WooCommerce activated

From the WordPress Plugin Directory

In the left navigation, go to Plugins > Add New
Search for ‘Sherpa Delivery for WooCommerce’
Click ‘Install Now’
Make sure WooCommerce plugin is activated
Activate the plugin on the plugins dashboard
Navigate to WooCommerce > Sherpa Delivery to add your Sherpa account login details (or QA test account login details) – select ‘Test & Save’
Enable the Sherpa Delivery shipping method by navigating to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Sherpa and selecting ‘Enable this shipping method’

Manual Upload

Download the plugin from the WordPress.org plugin directory
In the left navigation, go to Plugins > Add New

Select the Sherpa plugin zipped file on your computer

Sherpa on Demand Delivery is an automated fulfilment means that the entire purchase, fulfilment and shipping process can take place completely automatically using 2hr, 4hr, Same day delivery shipping options. Having met the Sherpa team for the first time face-to-face before we opt their service. It's been 7 months now and we are really happy with the ease-of-use, flexibility and the results. They always cared about the specific needs of their clients. Customer support: Highly recommended for any business who looking for delivery service on ‘Same day’ or ‘Later’. They provide highly-personalised, immediate assistance. I always love that I can easily chat or email any questions I have, and they get back to me with quick response time.

The same day local delivery solution Australian small businesses need! I've helped set up many WooCommerce stores before and the dilemma is always the same "how do I get things delivered". Prices calculated on the websites were always 'approximate' and then you had to go to the post office and send, or manually order couriers. The Sherpa service is excellent, but now you can connect your account to your Woo store and automate the whole purchase > delivery process with real-time costs. So cool. Plugin needs a little work aesthetically, but it does the job and support is excellent.
