Hello, do the steps mentioned in the video and it does not record visits or recordings, something I did wrong or it may be restrictions on my server. Thanks for the help.

Credo che la possibilità di vedere come gli utenti usufruiscono del proprio sito, attraverso un video che li registra (rispettandone comunque la privacy), non abbia prezzo. Di base offre quello che serve e pagando qualcosa in più. Per chi usa il sito come e-commerce o comunque "ci guadagna", lo reputo un plug-in indispensabile.

Works exactly as advertised. There was some jiggery-pokery to get it working, but once working it delivers. You can log in off-site, which is great for clients, and you can share videos generated. One thing I will point out, it's been an invaluable resource to correct my own mistakes in navigation and layout design. It's excellent for identifying why page 'bounces' may be high so you can take fast corrective action instead of having to guess what corrections are needed. Absolutely recommended

You place a plugin that you know that is not working, then after requesting your support you send a plugin by email which is another plugin with other features, and after installing it is not working! you don't deserve 1 star but -10 YOU ARE NOT SERIOUS PEOPLE, stop wasting our time!
