Tina was clearly overwhelmed, stopped responding to support, and the service we paid for is completely unusable. We requested a refund, but it remains a pipe dream… I don't understand how someone can build a project like this and then let it die, but above all, how they can have absolutely no respect for their customers. ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/c9ce52f0d2fdbf09f84eed8a3c9de3833c757aa3b0c76dc9c7966a7ca9f28d86? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Plugin is flakey, support is non-existent, promises broken](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/no-support-at-all-58/)󠁿 [mugwumpr](https://profiles.wordpress.org/mugwumpr/) 1 de agosto de 2024 1 respuesta Okay, final update. In spite of the gushing promises in the reply, nothing much changed.Very briefly it appeared to work, then cratered again.Tina suggested I create a new account and she'd watch from her end. I created a new account and couldn't even get it to connect. That was when I was ghosted again.I went back to my old account, solved a few of the connection problems myself, but it still wasn't working properly. Out of 4 scheduled posts per day, I was lucky to actually see two per week.Stay away from this plugin. It's been abandoned, no matter what they may say to the contrary.————————–[ Thank you for your response and your subsequent help, Tina. I'm leaving the original message below for context, but I'm updating the rating to 5-star and following up in the message. I appreciate your getting it working again, and back to the plugin I've known and loved for years. Here's to tracking down the last few lingering gremlins!]————————–[ I used this plugin for years, and it was exactly what I wanted, but lately it's gone drastically downhill and careened into a ditch. When my existing connections stopped working, I contacted support. It took a month to get any response from them to even ask for my account information. That was 6 months ago and I've had nothing but silence since, despite repeated requests for an update. I've been completely ghosted. I'm also still receiving emails saying that the scheduled posts, which I had already DELETED, haven't sent. Avoid this plugin. This is misleading. Otherwise, if you can affort $10/month, it`s pretty easy to use. If it works, because Facebook often change the way apps can publish on facebook pages. I would not buy it, probably they target bigger sites, but I agree, this app SHOULD NOT BE HERE where people search for free plugins. LE: Nope! It does not auto-post upon Publish/Update/Schedule, although I checked "Share on Publish – Automatically share page/post when you click “publish” in WordPress. Share on Update – Share a published post when it's updated (edited and saved in WordPress. Share posts scheduled in WordPress when published – Share a scheduled post when it gets published by WordPress. It does share on all the facebook pages in my facebook profile when I manually shared a post from their website though. ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/ffa5642961b97fc6135c0bbddd71e9a0413d10cc00dd16b13488dbd760bde334? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[Why is a 14 day trial plugin allowed to be listed?](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/why-is-a-14-day-trial-plugin-allowed-to-be-listed/)󠁿 [cng11](https://profiles.wordpress.org/cng11/) 27 de diciembre de 2020 1 respuesta I read this entry and do not see a free version only a 14 day trial. This plugin directory is based upon having a free version and grudgingly allowing pro version bait and switch for a real fill featured plugin. Maybe I am missing the free version some where but I believe this plugin should not be allowed to get FREE advertise here and NOT provide a permanent FREE version. Anyone else agree? ![](https://secure.gravatar.com/avatar/570bda1336e4368ab37c1ce7b8f16e674e97b6d057b4871f9f73f30abac6164c? s=60&d=retro&r=g) ### 󠀁[good](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/good-5320/)󠁿 [aalbackoor](https://profiles.wordpress.org/aalbackoor/) 30 de abril de 2020 2 respuestas annoying notification for rate us [ Leer todas las 13 reseñas ](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/social-web-suite/reviews/) ## Colaboradores y desarrolladores «Social Web Suite – Social Media Auto Post, Social Media Auto Publish» es un software de código abierto.
