I looked at ALL of the plugins for audio that allowed for just a simple play/pause button vs. a clunky, unattractive player and this one does the trick. I found another, but it was javascript-buggy. This one is clean, simple, and highly customizable. It only lets you use it on one page, but that’s all I needed it for.

1. It works quite well, is very light on the memory/cache, & is capable of being downsized to where it’s not in the way of the reader’s site-viewing experience. 2. It’s old, needs updating and verification with the current themes and other plugins that might affect it’s functionalities. Such as Autoptimize or other JavaScript optimization tools. Even though the Plugin uses HTML5, for some reason the JavaScript optimization Plugins seem to disable/affect it in various ways. 3. It’s usable with various sound files, but not all of them [.mp3 / .ogg / .wav]. 4. There aren’t many options out there for background music/sounds that are less-invasive such as this one & have the option to auto-follow the screen instead of having to be placed in a widget. 5. Other things to note: auto-play capability, looping capability, customization for each page/post.
