I used plugin on my client store, UI / IFrame designed for payment processing is not mobile friendly. They have integrated Apply Pay | Google Pay but again the UI is very poor. With normal payment processor ( Stripe | paypal | Amazon etc ) You can make payment on check out page but with this plugin you have to click " Place Order " on checkout page that would confirm you have placed an order then It will take you to another page instead of thank you page where it take payments via iframe window. After you make payment it take you to thank you page. I believe this is unwanted step which must be reduced. when User click on place order, the user receive email of order confirmation and when the user make payment the user receive another email for same order, confirming a note has been added to your payment. " Thank you for Payment " Please improve the payment cycle, reduce unwanted steps and improve User interface.
