## Descripción

Publica automáticamente tus inmuebles de Estatik en ViveSol.es y dales una mayor
visibilidad. Llega a nuevos clientes potenciales y atrae más visitas a tu página
web sin dedicar tiempo adicional a gestionar tus propiedades, gracias a nuestra 
red inmobiliaria colaborativa.

Las funcionalidades incluyen:

 * Native mapping for Estatik 4.x fields: operation, property type, price, bedrooms,
   bathrooms, floor area, images, location and featured labels.
 * Obtención de la provincia desde la jerarquía `es_location` de Estatik (`administrative_area_level_2`).
 * Mandatory province validation before sending a listing. Listings without a province
   are not published and are shown as errors. A default province can be configured
   as a fallback.
 * Mapping for pool, garage, elevator, terrace and air conditioning from Estatik
   features, amenities and parking taxonomies.
 * Cola de sincronización en segundo plano, reintentos limitados ante fallos temporales
   y sincronización masiva segura por lotes.
 * Estado de sincronización individual para cada inmueble y registro local de eventos
   conservado durante 90 días.
 * Guía de inicio rápido integrada en español, notas para la resolución de problemas
   y un enlace al centro de ayuda de ViveSol.
 * Remote deletion when a property is moved to the trash or permanently deleted,
   plus re-synchronization after restoration.

### Requisitos

 * WordPress 5.8 o posterior.
 * PHP 7.2 o posterior.
 * Una instalación activa de Estatik. El conector es compatible con Estatik 4.x,
   cuyo tipo de contenido para los inmuebles es `properties`.
 * Una clave API activa de ViveSol asociada a la agencia.

### Servicio externo

Este plugin se conecta a la API de ViveSol en https://vivesol.es para crear, actualizar
y eliminar anuncios de inmuebles en la red inmobiliaria de ViveSol.es. ViveSol es
un servicio externo que proporciona la funcionalidad de publicación remota de los
anuncios.

The API connection is disabled by default. It is only used after a site administrator
enables the connection, accepts the publishing agreement and enters a valid API 
key in the plugin settings.

ViveSol also offers an optional assisted connection process. After the administrator
expressly accepts publication and authorizes ViveSol from their own WordPress dashboard,
the service uses a temporary WordPress Application Password to install or activate
this plugin and configure the API key, default province, connection and consent 
settings. The administrator’s normal WordPress password is never shared with ViveSol.
The connector does not store the Application Password, and its authenticated status
endpoint returns only whether an API key is saved, never the key itself.

 * URL del sitio web de origen y del inmueble, ID del inmueble en WordPress, título
   o referencia.
 * Operación, tipo de inmueble, precio, dormitorios, baños, superficie, descripción,

 * Número de teléfono de contacto, dirección de correo electrónico y número de WhatsApp
   configurados para el inmueble o la agencia.

### Provincia y ubicación

Estatik 4 stores Country, State, Province and City as terms in its hierarchical `
es_location` taxonomy. The connector first uses Province, then a term with the `
administrative_area_level_2` type, and only then State or the configured default
province.

Province is required for a listing to appear on ViveSol.es. If it cannot be determined,
the property remains unpublished and is marked as an error in Vivesol Connect for
Estatik > Properties with an actionable explanation.

### Synchronization and monitoring

Los cambios realizados en Estatik se ponen en cola poco después de guardar, para
garantizar que todos los metadatos estén disponibles y que el editor siga respondiendo
con fluidez. WordPress ejecuta estas tareas mediante WP-Cron.

La importación inicial se realiza en lotes de cinco inmuebles. Si WP-Cron está desactivado
en el alojamiento, la pantalla «Sincronización» muestra el botón «Procesar ahora
el siguiente lote».

La pestaña «Inmuebles» permite filtrar los anuncios sincronizados, fallidos y pendientes,
así como reintentar la sincronización de un inmueble individual. La pestaña «Registro»
conserva los eventos de los últimos 90 días. Las claves API y los cuerpos de las
respuestas nunca se guardan en este registro.

## Instalación

 1. Upload the ZIP from Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
 2. Activa ViveSol Connect for Estatik.
 3. Open Vivesol Connect for Estatik > Settings.
 4. Activa la conexión, acepta el acuerdo de publicación e introduce la clave API.
 5. Select a province for each property in the Estatik location tab. For a single-province
    website, configure a default province in the connector settings.
 6. Abre la pestaña «Sincronización» y selecciona «Sincronizar todos los inmuebles 
    publicados» para realizar la importación inicial.

Alternatively, an administrator may use the optional ViveSol assisted connection
process. This requires HTTPS, explicit approval in the site’s own WordPress administration
screen and availability of WordPress Application Passwords. Manual installation 
and configuration remain available, and a normal plugin activation never enables
synchronization or contacts ViveSol automatically.
