## Descripción

Webs Butler Migration copies this WordPress site — files and database — to hosting
at Webs Butler (websbutler.com). The move is started and followed in the Webs Butler
client panel.

 * Nothing leaves your site until you paste the one-time code from your panel.
 * The panel reads the site in small parts, so it works on slow or limited hosting.
 * Caches and backup folders are skipped.
 * Your current site keeps working during the move.
 * When the move is finished the plugin forgets the code, deletes its temporary 
   files and switches itself off. You can then delete it.

This plugin only works together with a Webs Butler hosting account.

### External services

This plugin lets the Webs Butler panel (https://websbutler.com/klient-panel/) copy
your site to Webs Butler hosting. It is used only after you paste the one-time code
from your panel on the plugin’s page (Tools  Webs Butler Migration).

The plugin does not send anything by itself. The Webs Butler server connects to 
this site’s REST API (namespace `wbmove/v1`) and downloads, over HTTPS:

 * the list of your site’s files and the files themselves (except caches and backups),
   including wp-config.php;
 * the tables of your WordPress database.

The one-time code is valid for 2 days and stops working when the move is finished
or the plugin is switched off. The data is used only to set up your site on your
Webs Butler hosting.

## Instalación

 1. In your Webs Butler panel open «Przenieś stronę» (Move site) and copy the code.
 2. Install and activate this plugin on the site you are moving.
 3. Go to Tools  Webs Butler Migration and paste the code.
 4. Go back to the panel — the move starts on its own.

## FAQ

### Does my current site stop working during the move?

No. The plugin only reads your site. It keeps running where it is until you point
your domain to the new hosting.

### What if my site is very large?

Sites up to 3 GB and 15,000 files move automatically. For larger sites the panel
tells you, and the Webs Butler team moves the site by hand.

### Can someone else use the plugin to copy my site?

Only whoever has the one-time code you pasted, and only while it is valid. Only 
a hash of the code is stored on your site.
