This plugin exactly does the job what I need for my e-commerce store to take it to next level. It makes it very easy to apply condition based fees/discount. Great support and response time too. Every question that I had asked was responded within few hours.

You only have 3 options in the free version. In my case I was not even able to properly test the plugin. So as you can imagine I will stay away from the pro version. This is a really bad policy. Misleading people is saying a lot about your business.

Misleading - description and screenshots are for the premium product. Many of the features described (and the main 'Product fee' screenshot) do not show this plugin — they must be from the premium version. eg.Description says "With the ‘WooCommerce Advanced Extra Fees Options’ you have the freedom to setup the fee amount based on weight, present shipping classes, categories and products. Each option has its own minimum and maximum fields for quantity / weight / subtotal requirements." — most of this is not available in this version of the plugin. eg. screenshot shows "Contains Product" image — Product fee is not available in this version of the plugin. This may be a good plugin, but description is extremely misleading. Developer needs to describe this plugin (and then describe any premium options). 2 stars based on very few of the described features being available.
