If you want to see the Refund button then follow these steps. Go to the WooCommerce -> Settings -> Refund-Exchange lite Setting -> Refund Products and set the following necessary settings.

1) Enable refund request.
2) Set the maximum number of days.
3) Select the order status in which the order can be refunded.
4) Select pages to show a refund button.

How to setup the Refund Products?

When a customer clicks on the refund button then on the refund request form the customer will get an option to upload the attachment. Customers can also add more than one attachment in their request.

Yes, the admin can limits the no. of attachment by going through WooCommerce -> Settings -> Refund-Exchange lite Setting ->Refund Products -> Enter no. of attachment to send, then put the no. of attachment you want to receive from your customer.

Can the admin put some customized refund policy on the refund form?

Yes, the admin can put a customized refund policy by going to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Refund-Exchange lite Setting ->Refund Products – > Enable refund rules and write the refund rules in the rule editor.

Is there any stock management functionality in this refund management plugin?

Yes! The plugin automatically manages the stock after every successful refund of the product. Admin can set it by following steps; WooCommerce -> Settings -> Refund-Exchange lite Setting ->Refund Products -> Enable Manage stock. For then onwards, the refund stock will be automatically managed.

plugin is wonderful, I used free plugin for sometime before going for pro upgradation. And I can say it loud that there are pretty much every feature which is needed to run ecommerce website. Outstanding part here is the after service support, one of my query which I was struggling for days got resolved in 30 min. thumbs-up for makewebbetter

It says it works with my version of WordPress, but it unfortunately doesn't work with all themes. Who even uses the basic themes anymore when it makes so much more sense to use custom ones? This plugin doesn't work with any themes but the basic ones so don't waste your time as it will mess up your site. Spent ages trying to ge tmy site back online after deleting it only to give up and having to restore my backups, as it kept detecting this plugin hadn't properly been purged from the db then throwing me on screen errors.

This one of the best WordPress Plugin for Return and refund policy, its easy to set up and works best. Activated this on one of the most popular WordPress themes there is and it broke the site. Deactivating it fixed the problem. Support suggested I pay them extra to get them to fix it or I use a basic woocommerce theme. hahaha no thnks.

Return Refund and Exchange for WooCommerce: an indispensable plugin to manage returns Refund on woocommerce! The client can directly from the frontend, decide to request a return after a time that you will have to indicate in the control panel. Not only can the customer ask questions directly about his order and can be answered on the order modification page to keep track of it! Really kudos to the developers. I will definitely buy the premium version although the free version is already very complete! Great!
