Download Dymo Label Software 8.7.4 from the Dymo compatibility chart & make sure to remove any other versions of Dymo label software & do a complete install. Check Dymo Label Web Service is running. You should now be able to create a label, save it, import it into the plugin & select the printer from a drop-down list within the plugin. If the preview keeps spinning, ensure you have a label selected that you saved & imported. If you have recently updated the label design in Dymo Label Software 8.7.4 you will have to remove it from the label tab, delete it in the general tab & re-import it before the preview will load. Sometimes just changing tabs within the plugin is enough to refresh the preview. Works exactly as required, we can print product labels for each product within an order directly from the woocomm order window without any additional button presses or manual typing. It selects the correct printer & prints almost instantly. This has saved us so much time. Had a nightmare getting this plugin to work with no response from the support via their website. All the documentation is confusing and references different versions of the software required for the plugin to work.

No support, no updates, but a lot of hassles in our debug logs. Don’t buy the paid versions, it is wasted money.

Nil support, even with premium subscription. Avoid

We’ve used this for years. however, since they went to an expensive subscription model; the product is virtually unsupported (despite the significant annual cost for multiple sites). Support emails go unanswered and the product no longer works as advertised. It’s now a dud. There have major WP upgrades in the entire year since this had an update or maintenance release. Giant shame. Now they’re focused on the dollar instead of the client, they’ve lost the plot.

No one will support you even if you buy the pro version. The service experience is terrible.

Don’t bother, support is none existent. A nightmare trying to get web print services to actually work. Worse still is they selling pro version with no support either.
