I installed and tested this plugin. It does what it says. But in my humble opinion, it's missing one key feature to stand out from the crowd. It is now possible to "Hide Admin Bar for": 1. Admin page 2. Admins and Users 3. Users only and 4. No one.
The purpose of the last one escapes me. On the other hand, it would be a huge step in the right direction if it were possible to let the plugin do its work on a per "user" bases or at least on the base or "role". It would be immensely powerful and very usable/useful for anyone making websites that are handed over a client. Or has multiple people working on a website in different capacities.
A bit like this plugin which, unfortunately, hasn't been updated for quite some time now. https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-admin-simplifier/
Maybe this can be incorporated in your roadmap.
