The only plugin I found which does the job with Nextgen Gallery. Bought the pro version to have more fields searchable than the title. Good and professional support for the few questions I had and after running into problems with PHP 7.2.

Just what I wanted. This plugin searches any ngg field (I wanted descriptions). Now viewers can find my images without going through my whole site. Abdullah was right there to respond to a few issues I had after installation; took a couple of weeks but he was very responsive and took care of all my issues - some were just adjusting the visual line-up. My only suggestion would be to expand it to search more than one key word at a time, e.g., 'boy, man'.

I installed the plug-in and it completely broke my site. My homepage got completely scrambled to the point footer information was moved to the header and widget area formatting was also scrambled.
