  Hola Amigos
  Tengo un problema.
  Tengo un servidor que cumple con los requerimientos para instalar wordpress y el theme que compré. El problema es que una vez que activo el tema, el servidor vota la página y me arroja un error 500 – Error del servidor.
  
  Lo extraño, es que el sitio funciona. Puedo ver las páginas y el theme queda activado y funciona bien. El problema está en que no puedo ingresar al administrador del sitio. Es ahí donde me arroja el error 500.
  
  Alguien me podría ayudar con esto por favor???

  Buenas, llevo un día pegandome con wordpress, tras la instalación y al intentar entrar en el admin me sale error 500. El caso es que la web se ve bien , y puedo entrar al admin a traves de la web (arriba a la derecha «Hola, admin») si puedo entrar. Dentro del admin si pincho en «escritorio» otra vez error 500, evidentemente xq la url es «http://www.xxxxxx.com/wp-admin/index.php». Tambien no puedo instalar temas nuevos , me aparece la pagina en blanco (error 500). ¿Como puedo solucionar esto? He probado crear un php.ini pero nada. No se que mas puedo hacer, no es la primera vez que instalo wordpress u otros scripts y no he tenido problemas. Gracias

A mi me pasa algo similar, desde hace como una semana mi website no funciona bien, no se cargaba toda y imposible acceder a wp-admin (error 500).

Hoy he hecho una restauracion de la base de datos (de un plugin que me las hace automáticamente) y la web funciona (he descativado todos los plugins), pero sigo sin poder acceder a wp-admin

Alguna ayudita?

  Hace dos o tres días que no entré en mi web, y hoy veo que sólo aparece el header. Algunas páginas no se pueden visitar, y en wp-admin me aparece error 500.
  
  Mi web es http://astroemporda.net/
  
  He contactado con el servicio de hosting y me dicen que «We are also getting same page on your site which you provided in screen attachment but this issue is of your index page coding or index page setting, its not server related issue. Kindly request to you, if you do any changes then revert all changes and check your suite. We have also found that your Cpanel is working fine without any issue and your ip is already allowed on the server»
  
  Puede acceder al panel de control del servicio de hosting y al FTP, pero no se que hacer. Actualizé la semana pasada a 3.5.2.
  
  Alguien me puede ayudar?

Tal como dice ahí, necesitas instalar la librería GD. Si después de eso sigue dando problemas, convendría que contactes con tu servicio de hosting.

Desactiva todos los plugins y vuelve a probar. Si sigues teniendo el mismo error, revisa este post: http://es.forums.wordpress.org/topic/error-interno-de-servidor-500?replies=2.

Si aún así sigue fallando, deberías contactar a tu proveedor de hosting al respecto.

  Buenos dias estoy teniendo problemas con mi sitio y el error 500.
  Intente por las maneras convencionales de incrementar la memoria sin exito y obtengo este resultado desde memoria

  intente cambiarlo desde wp-congig.php, php.ini y .hthacces
  Y siempre recivo el mismo resultado WP Memory Limit: 40M y el error 500.

Hola, Brandyliz. En internet hay mucha información sobre este problema en particular. Un artículo que puede servirte es este: http://www.cafetero100.info/2013/01/24/wordpress-500-internal-server-error-como-reparar-el-error-500/

Por lo que dices, yo diría que las causas más probables son un archivo .htaccess corrupto, por lo cual intentaría eliminarlo, o un problema de uso de memoria. En este último caso, agregaría lo siguiente al archivo wp-config.php:

define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '100M'); // o cualquier cantidad que te parezca suficiente

  Hace días que tengo un error interno de servidor 500 y no puedo entrar al sitio ni a la parte administrativa. Hay momentos en que puedo entrar, pero cuando le doy click en algun enlace, vuelve el error.
  
  Este es el mensaje del error:

  The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

  Esto es todo lo que he hecho para resolver el error:
  
  He desactivado todos los plugins via phpmyadmin
  He borrado algunos plugins grandes via ftp
  He aumentado el limite de memoria php.
  He bajado la nueva versión de wordpress a mi computadora
  He borrado las carpetas viejas de wp-admin y wp-includes
  He subido las nuevas carpetas wp-admin y wp-includes
  He subido los nuevos archivos sueltos de la nueva versión de wordpress
  
  En Softaculous aparece que tengo la ultima versión de wordpress.
  
  Pero hasta ahora nada ha resuelto este problema que tengo. Afortunadamente hize backups del sitio.

Despues de hacer de todo y buscar en todo lados la solucion es muy sencilla

Este problema tiene muy fácil solución. WordPress con IIS utiliza la carpeta temporal C:\Windows\Temp. Si el IIS no tiene acceso a ella dará un error. Para solventarlo, iremos a la carpeta C:\Windows\Temp y al usuario IIS_IUSRS le daremos permiso de Modificar.

  hola, ase unos dias mi sitio estaba trabajando super bien luego me salio un error, el hosting dijo que era problema de muchos procesos, tome mi sitio lo mude a otro servidor pero sale el mismo error

  Cuando intento postear una entrada y le añado fotos me da este error :
  
  412 Precondition Failed
  …..wp-admin/post.php evaluated to false.
  
  He intentado agregar
  <Files post.php>SecFilterInheritance Off</Files>
  al htacces dentro y fuera de wp-admin y me da un 500 internal server error
  también he probado a agregar
  <IfModule mod_security.c>SecFilterEngine Off</IfModule>
  a ambos htacces y no hace absolutamente nada.
  
  Nada de esto ha funcionado
  
  Estoy usando WP 3.4.2 y lo que es más extraño de todo, cuando lo intento varias veces, dejo de poder cargar mi página hasta que reinicio el router O_o
  
  ¿Alguien sabe como solucionar esto?
