500 Internal Server Error

Hola, seré lo más breve y explícita posible.

Tengo instalada una tienda con Prestashop en mi servidor y me gustaría instalar un wordpress en un subdirectorio http://www.midominio.com/blog.

He instalado el wordpress en el directorio httpdocs en una carpeta llamada blog. He creado la base de datos y he modificado el archivo wp-config.php.

Hasta ahí todo bien. Cuando entro en la url: http://www.midomino.com/blog/wp-admin/install.php es cuando me vienen los problemas. Me aparece un error como este:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

No sé a que puede deberse y no quiero tocar nada de la tienda en Prestashop, solo quiero añadir un blog a parte.
