Tras actualizar tengo problemas con servidor

Después de actualizado no me deja subir imágenes desde mi ordenador o url al servidor, y las letras del gestor de contenidos se deforman, donde hay acentos y demás (Ejemplo: ¡Gracias por actualizar a la última….)

En el gestor aparencen siempre arriba los siguientes errores.
¿Alguien me puede ayudar? Por favor explicarlo para novatos.
