No vienen plantillas con el tema Astra, tiene muchas opciones para configurar el aspecto pero no dice que venga con plantillas. En la versión de pago si tienes más posibilidades de cambiar el layout, igual es eso lo que has visto.
La mejor forma de salir de dudas es buscar en la documentación del tema

Nope, the plugin just import the widgets, pages, customizer settings and contact form 7 (if it is used on demo site).
If you want delete the imported site them you can do it by removing imported pages from pages list, contact form 7, widgets from wishes page and reset customizer setting using «reset Astra customizer» plugin. (If you use the Astra theme and Note if you have reset the customizer settings then all customizer settings will be removed and applied default theme settings.)
For other theme you can use another plugin to reset the customizer settings.
