have no option to change the language.
I am creating this page «http://linderhofbandb.com» using WordPress, but in personal settings, I see the option to change the language nor in General Settings. The page is in Spanish, but I want the widgets and the taskbar in English.
Not a lot of pages from what I’ve read in other forums I have not understood, because it does not explain step by step
Example: (Also make sure you change your wp-config.php file is variable so the September WP_LANG properly. Should be)

He ido a Actualizar, luego Reinstalar en 3.2.1 en US, pero nada ha pasado???? todo esta en Español

He logrado cambiar el idioma en el wp-config y hacer el cambio a ‘WPLANG», y ahora no puedo realizar ningun cambio en mi página porque me aparece el siguiente error:

No puede modificar las cabeceras porque necesitas cambiar los permisos.

No es más sencillo exportar tu WP en castellano para luego reinstalar en ingles e importarlo?
También los widgets y las barras te permiten cambiarles el título que podrías ponerlo en inglés.
