Error al instalar plugins o theme

    Tengo el siguiente problema cada vez que instalo o actualizo un tema o un plugin, además de generarse tiempos de demora al cargar las páginas, espero alguien tenga alguna respuesta de como solucionar, de antemano no queda mas que agradecerles cualquier ayuda
