Error con función file_get_contents

    Hola. Acabo de instalar WordPress en un server de 1&1 y luego el theme Gallery.

    Lo que me ocurre es que me salta este error al principio de cada entrada:

    Warning: file_get_contents() [function.file-get-contents]: URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration in /homepages/15/d364993367/htdocs/wp-content/themes/gallery/functions.php on line 321

Warning: file_get_contents(http://tinyurl.com/api-create.php?url=http%3A%2F%2Finfografiasdelmundo.com%2F%3Fp%3D1) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: no suitable wrapper could be found in /homepages/15/d364993367/htdocs/wp-content/themes/gallery/functions.php on line 321

    No tengo acceso al php.ini del servidor.

    Me gustaría que e ayudárais a solucionar el problema o almenos a reemplazar la función por otra (de php estoy a nivel muy muy bajo).
