Error Internal Server Error al importar archivo XML al theme

No siempre, pero muchas veces que intento importar el archivo XML al theme que compro por ejemplo en themeforest me da siempre este error:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

El archivo XML no excede mucho de tamaño, son 1,8 mg, asi que no creo que sea error por ser demasiado grande el archivo, alguien sabria decirme como solucionar esto?

pd: probe en dos hosting que tengo, uno con Linux y otro con Windows y me da el mismo error
