error interno de servidor 500

Hace días que tengo un error interno de servidor 500 y no puedo entrar al sitio ni a la parte administrativa. Hay momentos en que puedo entrar, pero cuando le doy click en algun enlace, vuelve el error.

Este es el mensaje del error:

Esto es todo lo que he hecho para resolver el error:

He desactivado todos los plugins via phpmyadmin
He borrado algunos plugins grandes via ftp
He aumentado el limite de memoria php.
He bajado la nueva versión de wordpress a mi computadora
He borrado las carpetas viejas de wp-admin y wp-includes
He subido las nuevas carpetas wp-admin y wp-includes
He subido los nuevos archivos sueltos de la nueva versión de wordpress

En Softaculous aparece que tengo la ultima versión de wordpress.

Pero hasta ahora nada ha resuelto este problema que tengo. Afortunadamente hize backups del sitio.
