error no puedo acceder a mi web

buenas estimados, necesito que me orienten en el siguiente error que tengo con una web ,me sale el siquiente mensaje al acceder al portal:

y cuando trato de acceder al wp-admin me sale lo siguiente:

404 Not Found

debo mencionar que se procedio a actualizar el WordPress.
