How to autoplay an Universal Streaming Audio URL in a Widget

Hi to everybody.

I need some embed/plugin to make an autoplay from an URL RADIO. But I need an «Universal Streaming Audio» (Please yours apologize if I don´t express myself properly). An example:

If somebody goes to my web and they have an IPAD, TABLET, PC, LAPTOP, MAC, ETC -> I need that the URL RADIO plays no matter what device are using.

This is my web that already has an autoplayer (media player) http://www.sathyasai.org.ec

I need some help because I tried many times with several plugins and embeds and nothing that I really need.
