Pasar de multisitio con sub carpetas a multisitio con sub dominio

    Buenos dias,
    Tengo un multisite en worpress, que fue configurado para funcionar con sub carpetas. Ahora quiero hacerlo funcionar con sub dominios, y para tal caso segui el siguiente instructivo

    Ahora cuando voy a crear un sitio me aparece para crearlo con sub dominio, pero cuando intento ingresar al directorio de dicho sitio, me figura el siguiente mensaje en el navegador:
    «Internal Server Error
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator at webmaster@fernando.*****.com to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

    ¿Alguien sabe a que se debe este error y como puedo solucionarlo?

    ¿Qué guia utilizaste? No la has puesto. No es sencillo pasar de un tipo a otro si ya hay sitios creados.
