Problemas al instalar Plugins y Temas

Buenas, tengo instalado el Multisite puedo crear sites sin problemas pero tengo dos problemas importantes:
1.- Instalo los plugins pero al activarlos me dice que cabecera no valida
2.- Al intentar instalar un tema me dice:
Descargando el archivo de instalación de http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/download/zbench.1.3.1.zip…

Descomprimiendo…

Instalando el tema…

El tema zBench 1.3.1 se ha instalado correctamente.
