Problemas con la actualizacion

Saludos:

hace ya varios años k utilizo WP en mi sitio web, pero es la primera vez que tengo problemas con la actualizacion.

Cargue la version 3.1 via ftp, actualize y al intentar ingresar al administrador el mensaje de error que me arroja el sistema es el siguiente:
