Tablas de WordPress desaparecidas de la base de datos

Al principio la base de datos constaba de la estructura propia de WordPress (wp_users, wp_options, wp_links… etc) pero después instalé Dolibarr para que funcionase en http://do.miguelangelgarciamoreno.16mb.com

Resulta que ahora cuando accedo a la base de datos a través de phpmyadmin me encuentro con que las tablas de wordpress han desaparecido (pero la web sigue funcionando con total normalidad) y han quedado únicamente 199 tablas relativas a Dolibarr, que tienen prefijos llx_ y tkug_. Son las siguientes:

He observado en el hosting y NO hay dos tablas (una para WordPress y otra para Dolibarr) sino que consta una sola base de datos.
¿Cómo es posible que la web siga funcionando habiendo desaparecido las tablas de WordPress? Y sobre todo

¿cómo puedo acceder a las tablas de WordPress para consultar o modificar algunas informaciones o parámetros?
