Urgente error memoria en biblioteca medios

    Hola, necesito ayuda por favor. Mi página estuvo funcionando mas lento cada ves desde hace unos meses. El problema ahora es que ya no me deja entrar a la biblioteca de medios ni publicar articulos. Me sale un error que dice que es por falta de memoria. Ya amplie la velocidad y capacidad de memoria php y tengo suficiente lugar todavia en el servidor. Desactive los plugin y sigue igual, cambie el theme y sigue tambien el mismo problema. Por favor alguien que me ayude.

    Hola.

    Bienvenido al foro de soporte.

    Me sale un error que dice que es por falta de memoria.

    Cuando aparece un mensaje de error tienes que copiarlo completo, no basta con un resumen.

    WordPress tiene un modo de depuración, actívalo y busca el registro de errores, ahí tienes las pistas de qué es lo que puede estar pasando. Te dejo información al respecto:

    Indícanos exactamente cuáles son los errores y tratamos de seguir.

    Hola Jose, gracias por tu respuesta. El error no es de wordpress el que me aparece, sino en el navegador. Cuando entro a medios biblioteca, se abre la pagina un segundo y luego salta el error en el navegador (pantalla blanca y un cartel que dice Vaya! Se ha producido un error al mostrar esta página web. Código de error: Out of Memory.) Igualmente voy a hacer el modo de depuración como me aconsejo y le comento si me aparece el error. Gracias

    Hola Jose Luis muchas gracias por tu tiempo, te comento que al añadir define ( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true); en el archivo wp-config no me hace el cambio de depuracion, luego también añadí define ( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true); para ver si me sale algún error pero tampoco me lo toma. Hice los cambios en mi sitio hosting gestion de archivos y tambien por filezilla pero no pasa nada.
