Widget Issues

Hello, I have problems with wordpress, specifically with the widgets, when installing wordpress with the default theme, the widgets, menus and others disappear from the customize area, looking on the internet I saw that some solved it by changing the template, I tried it and I saw that when I changed to another one of the ones that are installed by default, the widgets, menu and others appear in the wordpress panel, the problem comes when I reinstall my avada template, when I install it everything appears correct, but when I install its plugins that You must install avada again, the widget options disappear again, both in the wordpress panel and in the avada options, how can I solve this? From what I see the problem comes from worpdress, greetings!
