Hey @alvarol,
Can you contact your webhost and ask them to disable mod_pagespeed. That can cause issues like this due to the features it has.
If they disable it and it resolves your issues, then I’d recommend you have them leave it disabled until you are done building or editing your site.
If there’s any sort of server caching or a caching plugin installed, I’d also recommend you temporarily disable those (but let us know which plugin if it’s a plugin and which host, if it’s server side caching).
