El único problema es que no estoy habituada a esto ni tengo mucha experiencia con word press, ya que solo me dedico a subir productos…

Podrías explicarme mas detalladamente paso a paso como hacer lo que me pides, y donde se encuentran cada cosa? la copia de seguridad, los temas… (seguro que lo has explicado muy bien) pero a mi me suena a chino jeje y veo todo complicado por la falta de experiencia.

Sobre los plugins, me aparece esto:

y sobre los temas esto:
