IP cameras usually stream RTSP and that can’t play directly in browser. RTSP can be delivered as HTML5 HLS (that plays in browser) with a live streaming server.
The BroadcastLiveVideo plugin by VideoWhisper requires specific hosting with Wowza SE live streaming services to do that.
