FREE AND PRO FEATURES
The free edition includes the functional Start from Scratch chatbot builder. Premium template cards and the Knowledge Base screen are previews only. Premium templates and knowledge-source management, including URL knowledge import, require the separately distributed Kaddora AI Chatbot Pro add-on.
AI-generated responses require a configured provider, valid credentials, and a supported model. Provider fees may apply.
External Services
The plugin connects to an external AI service when an administrator configures and uses a provider. Visitor messages and relevant chatbot context are sent to the selected endpoint to generate responses. Supported attachment data may also be transmitted. Review the selected service’s terms and privacy policy before enabling it.
OpenAI
Used to generate chatbot responses when OpenAI is selected. Visitor messages and relevant context are sent to the configured endpoint; supported image attachments may also be included.

OpenRouter
Used to generate chatbot responses when OpenRouter is selected. Visitor messages and relevant context are sent to the configured endpoint. Requests also include the site’s home URL in the HTTP-Referer header and the site name in the X-Title header.
Service: https://openrouter.ai/
API: https://openrouter.ai/api/v1
Terms: https://openrouter.ai/terms
Privacy: https://openrouter.ai/privacy
Google Gemini
Used to generate chatbot responses when Google Gemini is selected. Visitor messages and relevant context, including supported image data, may be sent to the Gemini API.

Custom API endpoints
Supported custom OpenAI-compatible and OpenRouter-compatible endpoints may be configured. Messages and relevant context are sent to the configured endpoint, which may be operated by a third party. Configure only endpoints you trust and review their privacy policies.
Privacy
Depending on configuration and usage, the plugin may process visitor or session identifiers, page URLs, device information, messages, attachment metadata, and visitor name or email fields when collected.
The frontend chatbot uses browser local storage for visitor and session identifiers. When conversation storage is enabled, conversation messages and related metadata may be saved in the WordPress database. Uploaded files may be stored in the Media Library and could be publicly accessible depending on site configuration.
When an external AI provider is configured, relevant visitor messages and chatbot context are sent to that provider. Supported attachment data may also be transmitted. When conversation storage is disabled, uploaded files are deleted after the provider request finishes, according to the plugin’s cleanup behavior.
The plugin provides a WordPress Privacy Policy guide entry and personal-data exporter and eraser callbacks for eligible conversation records matched by visitor email. Anonymous records without a stored email address cannot be automatically matched through the email-based privacy tools.
Site administrators are responsible for explaining data processing, configuring retention practices, obtaining any required consent, and reviewing third-party service policies. Custom endpoints may have separate data-handling practices.
