VibeShift Boost – Conversion Engine for WooCommerce

Descripción

VibeShift Boost is a WooCommerce-focused conversion and product-performance plugin designed to help store owners add urgency, social proof, visitor information, countdown campaigns, analytics, and AI-assisted insights to product pages and the WordPress admin dashboard.

Version 3.0.33 preserves the existing VibeShift Boost Free features while using a distinctive VibeShift Boost code/data namespace, preserving existing stored data during upgrade, and improving WordPress.org compatibility documentation.

WooCommerce is recommended for the product and storefront features. The plugin is designed to activate without requiring WooCommerce during plugin activation, while WooCommerce-powered features become available when WooCommerce is active.

Features

  • Product countdown campaigns with 6, 10, 15, and 30 day durations.
  • Optional countdown disabled state (None).
  • Live countdown displayed on the WooCommerce product page.
  • Separate FINAL 6 HOURS countdown when six hours or less remain.
  • Server-side expiration handling that moves an expired product to Draft.
  • Request-time expiration safety fallback in addition to scheduled expiration handling.
  • Dashboard Renew & Reactivate action that republishes a product and starts a fresh countdown.
  • Product Keep action that stops the timer while keeping the product published.
  • Dashboard removal that does not delete the underlying WooCommerce product.
  • Product visitor tracking for real frontend product visits.
  • Today’s product visitor count.
  • Total product visitor information.
  • 30-day visitor information and dashboard analytics where available.
  • Compatibility with existing visitor data stored by older underscore-prefixed meta keys.
  • Product performance list with WooCommerce edit links.
  • Visitor, countdown, AI, conversion, and time-spent dashboard information.
  • Dashboard analytics and conversion-oriented product information.
  • Enable Plugin and Enable Visitors Counter settings switches.
  • Editable visitor counter background and text colors.
  • Editable six-hour warning background and text colors.
  • License activation field that is intentionally blank on page load.
  • Customer license generation is not included in the plugin; customer license codes are issued separately.
  • Optional AI features that use the site’s configured OpenAI integration when enabled and configured.

External services

VibeShift Boost can optionally connect to OpenAI when the site administrator enables the plugin’s AI features and configures an OpenAI API key. The OpenAI connection is not required for the plugin’s non-AI countdown, visitor, analytics, or WooCommerce features.

When an AI request is made, the plugin sends the product information and aggregated dashboard information needed for the requested analysis, together with the configured AI request settings. Requests are sent only when the administrator has enabled the AI functionality and configured an OpenAI API key.

OpenAI processes the transmitted information under its own terms and privacy policy.

OpenAI Terms of Service: https://openai.com/policies/service-terms/
OpenAI Privacy Policy: https://openai.com/policies/row-privacy-policy/

VibeShift Boost does not provide an OpenAI account and does not pay OpenAI API usage charges.

The plugin also provides ordinary outbound links to the VibeShift UI website for customer accounts, Pro trial information, pricing, and license information. These links do not send site data to VibeShift merely by being displayed.

Countdown Lifecycle

The countdown system uses a stored start timestamp and one authoritative end timestamp for each active product timer.

  • None disables the countdown and clears its scheduled single expiration event.
  • 6, 10, 15, or 30 Days creates the countdown using one stored start timestamp and one authoritative end timestamp.
  • The WooCommerce frontend reads the stored end timestamp and updates the countdown display every second.
  • When six hours or less remain, the frontend switches to the separate FINAL 6 HOURS countdown state.
  • When the countdown reaches zero, the server-side expiration handler moves the product to Draft.
  • A request-time safety fallback checks for an expired published product so a delayed WP-Cron run does not leave an expired product active indefinitely.
  • Renew & Reactivate republishes the product and creates a fresh countdown.
  • Keep Product stops the countdown while leaving the product published.

WP-Cron timing can be affected by the site’s hosting environment. The request-time safety fallback is therefore used as an additional protection against delayed scheduled tasks.

Visitor Tracking

VibeShift Boost records product visitor activity on the frontend and provides visitor information in the dashboard.

The visitor system is designed to distinguish visitor activity from ordinary page refreshes and to keep daily and longer-term visitor information separate.

The plugin preserves readability of existing visitor information stored by older underscore-prefixed product meta keys so upgrades do not unnecessarily discard previously stored data.

Visitor counts should be interpreted as plugin-recorded visitor activity rather than a guarantee of a unique human identity. Visitor analytics are opt-in: VibeShift Boost does not record product visits until the visitor accepts the first-party analytics consent prompt. The plugin also respects a browser Do Not Track signal.

AI Features

VibeShift Boost includes an optional AI layer for conversion-oriented product analysis and dashboard insights.

When AI is enabled and an OpenAI API key is configured, the plugin can use product and dashboard information to generate AI-assisted conversion insights. The AI system is designed to use the configured model, temperature, and maximum-token settings.

AI output is assistance for store analysis and decision-making. It should be reviewed by the site owner before being treated as a business decision or factual statement.

OpenAI usage may create API costs according to the account and service selected by the site owner. VibeShift Boost does not provide an OpenAI API account.

License and Pro Trial

The Free plugin’s License section connects customers to the official VibeShift UI website for Pro account and license actions.

Customers can use the License section to:

  • Request the 30-day free Pro trial.
  • Sign in to an existing VibeShift customer account.
  • Create a VibeShift customer account.
  • Purchase a Pro license.
  • Enter an existing Pro activation key locally when one has been issued.

The 30-day trial and customer license are created and managed by the VibeShift website and central licensing service. The Free plugin does not generate customer licenses and does not send customer email addresses to the VibeShift website merely because the License section is displayed.

The Free plugin does not expose a public license-validation endpoint. Pro license activation and validation are handled by the VibeShift Pro licensing system.

Do not place passwords, API secrets, or other private credentials into the license field.

Privacy and Visitor Consent

VibeShift Boost visitor analytics are optional and consent-based. When visitor analytics are enabled, the frontend asks the visitor for permission before recording product visitor activity. A first-party consent cookie remembers the visitor’s choice. The plugin uses product-level visitor counters and date-based visitor history stored in the WordPress database.

Site owners should include VibeShift Boost visitor analytics in their site’s privacy policy and should configure any broader consent-management system required by their jurisdiction or other plugins. VibeShift Boost also respects a browser Do Not Track signal.

The plugin provides privacy-policy guidance through WordPress’s built-in privacy-policy tools.

External Services

VibeShift Boost optionally connects to OpenAI for AI-assisted conversion analysis. This connection is used only when the site owner enables the plugin’s AI features and configures an OpenAI API key.

OpenAI

Service: OpenAI API. It is used to generate optional AI-assisted product and dashboard conversion insights.

Data sent: When an AI analysis is requested, VibeShift Boost sends the product and/or dashboard information selected by the plugin for that analysis, together with the configured AI model and request settings. The plugin sends this data only when AI processing is enabled and an OpenAI API key is available. The OpenAI API key is used for authentication and is not included in the generated analysis content.

Why it is sent: The data is sent to OpenAI so the configured OpenAI model can generate the requested conversion insight, recommendation, forecast, or related AI analysis.

When it is sent: Only when the site owner has enabled AI functionality and the plugin performs an AI request. AI processing is optional; the plugin’s non-AI features do not require OpenAI.

Service website: https://openai.com/
Terms: https://openai.com/policies/service-terms/
Privacy: https://openai.com/policies/row-privacy-policy/

OpenAI usage may create API charges under the site’s OpenAI account. The site owner is responsible for deciding what information is appropriate to send, configuring consent and privacy controls where required, and reviewing OpenAI’s current documentation.

Configuration

After activation, VibeShift Boost provides a single admin area containing the main Version 3 dashboard sections, including:

  • Dashboard
  • Products
  • Analytics
  • Settings

The Settings area provides controls for enabling the plugin, enabling visitor counting, and configuring visitor and final-six-hour warning colors.

Product controls are available from the VibeShift Boost dashboard for supported WooCommerce products.

Requirements

  • WordPress 6.2 or newer.
  • PHP 8.0 or newer.
  • WooCommerce recommended for WooCommerce product and storefront features.
  • A working WordPress cron environment is recommended for scheduled countdown expiration handling. The plugin also includes a request-time expiration safety fallback.

Privacy

VibeShift Boost may process product visitor activity and other analytics information needed to provide its dashboard and conversion features.

Site owners are responsible for determining the privacy, cookie, consent, retention, and disclosure requirements that apply to their website and visitors.

If AI features are enabled, information selected by the plugin for AI analysis may be sent to the configured OpenAI service. Site owners should review their own legal, privacy, and data-processing requirements before enabling third-party AI processing.

The plugin does not claim that its visitor tracking is a replacement for a site’s privacy policy, cookie policy, consent-management system, or legal advice.
