    Hola @jrberguill a priori no sé cómo restaurar la copia de seguridad desde el panel de servicio del hosting, si puedes darme algunas indicaciones más precisas te lo agradezco. Es decir a qué apartado dirigirme y dónde encontrar la copia de seguridad. Mediante FTP la tengo localizada, está en la carpeta del plugin de respaldo que se llama boldgrid. Pero desde el panel de servicio de hosting no encuentro el modo. Gracias!

    Aquí hay algunas posibles razones y soluciones para este problema:

    1. Límites en otros niveles:

    • php.ini: Asegúrate de que el valor max_execution_time en tu archivo php.ini también esté configurado en 3600 o un valor superior.
    • .htaccess: A veces, las directivas en el archivo .htaccess pueden anular la configuración de php.ini. Revisa si hay alguna línea que limite el tiempo de ejecución.
    • WordPress: Algunos plugins o temas de WordPress pueden tener sus propios límites de tiempo de ejecución. Intenta desactivar temporalmente los plugins para ver si alguno de ellos es el causante del problema.
    • Proveedor de hosting: Algunos proveedores de hosting tienen límites de tiempo de ejecución a nivel de servidor que no se pueden modificar. Contacta con tu proveedor para confirmar si este es el caso.

    2. Optimización del proceso de duplicación:

    • Tamaño del producto: Si los productos que intentas duplicar son muy grandes (con muchas imágenes, variaciones, etc.), el proceso de duplicación puede llevar mucho tiempo. Intenta duplicar un producto más simple para ver si el error persiste.
    • Recursos del servidor: La falta de recursos del servidor (memoria RAM, CPU) puede provocar que el proceso de duplicación sea lento y supere el tiempo límite. Considera actualizar tu plan de hosting si es necesario.
    • Plugins de caché: Los plugins de caché pueden interferir con el proceso de duplicación. Intenta desactivarlos temporalmente.

    Vamos a intentar una cosa:

    Vuelve a restaurar una copia de seguridad. Hazlo desde el panel de servicio de hosting, si puedes.

    Antes de entrar en el admin, edita el archivo wp-config.php y añade la siguiente línea:
    define( 'AUTOMATIC_UPDATER_DISABLED', true );
    Esto desactivará las actualizaciones automáticas.

    Ya que estás ahí, comprueba el limite de memoria, por si fuera muy bajo (esto también puede producir este error). Puedes ponerlo así: define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );

    Edita el archivo .htaccess y elimina cualquier línea de código que haya podido añadir el plugin que usabas para ocultar el acceso. Si no estás seguro de qué líneas eliminar, puedes renombrar el archivo o descargarlo y eliminarlo (WordPress generará uno nuevo).

    Renombra la carpeta del plugin que usabas para ocultar el acceso). Puedes añadirle simplemente un «-old» al final del nombre. Esto desactivará el plugin.

      Hace tres días intenté entrar en el admin de mi página y me saltó el error 500 Internal Server Error. Me puse en contacto con mi proveedor de hosting y me dijeron que tendría que modificar el archivo de acceso.php, aunque no me dijeron qué archivo era y qué tenía que modificar, y que si lo hacían ellos tendría que pagar. Decidí intentar una solución por mi cuenta. Busqué información. Después por FTP desinstalé un plugin que tenía para cambiar el modo de acceso (en lugar de …/wp-admin puse una palabra), este plugin ya me dio problema en otra ocasión. Después de desinstalarlo, conseguí entrar a ADMIN y restauré el sitio con una copia de seguridad hecha con el plugin Total-Unkeep que tengo instalado. Después de eso todo parecía haber vuelto a funcionar hasta que intenté editar una página, al hacerlo desapareció todo y de nuevo apareció el ERROR 500. Tengo activadas las actualizaciones automáticas y no me dio tiempo a desactivarlas con lo que en la versión que restauré también estaba el citado plugin HIDE que no recuerdo exactamente cuál era, ya que intenté recuperar el acceso del mismo modo que la vez anterior, por FTP eliminé la carpeta del plugin, pero esta vez no dio resultado. De manera que no puedo acceder a ADMIN y tampoco se ve la página.

      ¿Alguien puede ayudarme a encontrar una solución? ¡Muchas gracias!

      Es posible que sea una modificación en el tema. Por ejemplo, en Astra, hay una opción de personalización para el tema de links. La dirección, dentro de la personalización de Astra, por ejemplo, es:
      Apariencia>Personalizar>Global>Tipografía>Tipografía Base>Subrayar los enlaces de contenido (entiendo que es parecida en todos los temas).

      Lo importante aquí creo es identificar qué cambia el estilo de alguna parte de nuestra página. Por ejemplo, si usas un elemento de un plugin en particular, revisa las personalizaciones del plugin; si es una entrada de worpress (por ejemplo, un blog), que no ocupa más que los elementos básicos de wordpress y del tema que tienes activo, es muy probable que sea una personalización del propio tema. En casos más complejos, puede que se haya añadido un fragmento de código css, por lo que, si las opciones anteriores no funcionan, puedes usar la herramienta «Inspeccionar» del navegador, que te permite ver qué estilos css están modificando tu página. Ahí tendrías que buscar en el css adicional que pudiera tener el tema, o, si la modificación de estilo está localizada en una sección particular, hay que buscar en el css de los contenedores o de la página donde existe tal modificación.

    Buenos días, No solo tengo desconectado el WP-Rocket, sino que lo borré, y en su lugar añadi el plugin LiteSpeed Cache, y al parecer con buen resultado.

    No tenia instalado define(‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false), y al ponerlo el error 403, cambio y ya no sale, ahora sale un error 404 (que para mi dice esto: ¡Vaya! No se ha podido encontrar esa página. Parece que no se ha encontrado nada en esta ubicación. ¿Quieres probar una búsqueda? Que en principio antes de salir el error 403, ya salia este ultimo. y es al clickar cualquier opcion, como decia al principio Herramientas y todas sus partes, Actualizacione, Añadir plugins, etc… Esto es para volverse loco.

    El plugin  «adapta-rgpd» ahora mismo no esta dando problemas ninguno, y he vuelto esta misma mañana a poner en verdadero define(‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true); define(‘WP_DEBUG’,true); y me sale en el archivo debug.log lo siguiente:

    Aunque, desconecto ambos plugins que indica el fallo, y sigue todo igual, lo que si he corregido es que tenia 4 enlaces rotos en la pagina, que daban error 404, pero tampoco corrigió el fallo que tratamos.

    Lo que si he descubierto es que si busco por site:artillerianaval.es me salen muchas redirecciones raras, que creo que es donde puede estar el problema, bajo mi modesta opinion, y mi poco conocimiento o ninguno de esto.

    En principio, los PHP Notice no tienen por qué ocasionar el problema de 403.

    El único algo más serio es el que corresponde al plugin «adapta-rgpd». Comprueba que tienes la última versión.

    Por otra parte, mantén desactivado el plugin WP-Rocket mientras hacemos las pruebas.

    Hay algo que no me cuadra: debería aparecer un error con la etiqueta «403». Provoca el error, toma nota de la hora y luego ponte en contacto con el soporte del hosting y que te revisen el log de errores del servidor. Informa de la hora y diles que busquen un «403».

    Hola @bulldogtattoo,

    ¿Has visto si puedes enviar correos desde este sevidor? Quizás tienes que instala un servidor SMTP

    Usamos el plugin «Enable Classic Editor» versión 2.7.

    Tu consulta me ha dado una idea: Vamos a probar a cambiar a «Editor clásico» a ver si se corrige el problema.

      Hola! Tengo un problema con todos los formularios de mi página. Hice una migración de la página y desde entonces que no funciona el Contact Form 7.

      Al rellenarlo con todos los datos el mensaje que me sale es: «Ha ocurrido un error al intentar enviar tu mensaje. Por favor, inténtelo de nuevo más tarde«

      • No es un problema del email en los correos «De» o «Para» (son correos de la empresa) además que está todo igual que antes cuando funcionaba
      • Los plugins los he desinstalado y probado uno por uno y tampoco. Y tanto plugins como ‘tema’ están actualizados
      • He desinstalado por completo y vuelto a instalar el plugin, haciendo de nuevo los formularios y tampoco.
      • He instalado el plugin «ReCaptcha v2 for Contact Form 7» por si había algún conflicto con la nueva versión de ReCaptcha, y tampoco.

      Hasta aquí he podido llegar con el poco conocimiento que tengo. Hablándolo con una amiga me dice que cree que puede ser que en su momento se incluyera el recaptcha a código y no con el plugin y lo está ‘pisando’. Yo no tengo ni idea de código (lo justo para customizar los formularios)

      Si alguien pudiera decirme cómo poder solucionarlo, se lo agradecería. ^__^

    he tratado de instalar un plugin con un captcha pero no se si lo he hecho bien, me siguen llegando correos????

    Revisa los permisos de tu sistema de archivos y el .htaccess.

    Puede que algún plugin de seguridad provoque el error, desactívalo si puedes o eliminalo.

    Tu hosting te permite usar cron?

    Creo que por ahí van los tiros. Muchos hostings no tienen acceso a cron y tienes que buscar una alternativa como https://es.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-crontrol/
